A disturbing video showing a nurse using a torchlight (flashlight) to attend to an emergency patient at a government hospital in Suleja, Niger State, has gone viral and sparked serious anger among Nigerians.

The clip has spread rapidly on social media, with people asking how a Nigerian hospital can lack basic electricity in 2026.
