A man identified as Baba Alaremo has stirred reactions online after boldly declaring that he is ready to confront bandits and Boko Haram insurgents alone without the support of security operatives or weapons.

“I am ready to face the bandits and Boko Haram if the Federal Government can give the permission. I don’t need anyone to go with me. I don’t need any soldier or police. I don’t need a gun. All I need is this thing in my hand,” he declared.
The video, which has continued to circulate across social media platforms, captured Baba Alaremo repeatedly mentioning bandits while addressing people around him.
