She shared photos showing bruises and bodily injuries, private chat logs, and detailed narratives alleging a toxic domestic life.
Among the claims was that Frank threatened her with a dumbbell during a physical altercation, telling her he would disfigure her so no other man would find her attractive.
She said the incident forced her to leave their matrimonial home.
Frank described the allegations as false and an orchestrated attempt to damage his reputation.
He said he would not engage in a public contest over the claims but would address them through legal channels where facts prevail.
Frank apologised to individuals whose names were drawn into the matter, saying they should not bear the weight of issues they had no involvement in.
He also apologised to his sponsors, brand partners, and professional associates for any reputational inconvenience caused by the publicity.
He noted that the issues are now before relevant authorities and the courts, and said it would be inappropriate to make further substantive comments.
Frank asked for privacy for his children, stressing his commitment to their welfare and protection.
He added that truth is not weakened by accusation and that he would handle the situation with dignity.
