A large crowd gathered around the couple, but instead of intervening, many people took out their phones and recorded the incident.
Witnesses said both the man and woman appeared drunk at the time.
Police later arrived at the scene and registered a minor public nuisance case. However, the couple reportedly described the incident as “fun” and decided not to file any formal complaint.
